• Downloads & Resources. Name and email for guides or similar resources.
• Phone Calls. With your consent, calls may be recorded and analyzed for training and quality assurance.

• Property Owners/Lessors. Tenant inquiry details shared with the relevant owner/lessor.
• Advertising/Analytics. Partners who help measure performance and, where permitted, deliver interest-based ads (see “Cookies”).
• Legal Reasons. To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights/safety/property, and enforce policies.

• We do not share SMS consent or originating numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

6) Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no consistent industry standard, our Site does not currently respond to these signals. Use the cookie/ad choices above.

C. Sale/Sharing and Disclosures (last 12 months)

• We disclosed personal information to service providers for hosting/storage, analytics, support, chat/SMS/email, payments, identity/verification, and security/fraud prevention.

We do not knowingly collect or “sell/share” the personal information of consumers under 16.

D. Retention

We retain personal information as described in “How We Use Your Personal Data,” considering legal, tax, accounting, and operational requirements.
