The website Rent by Months was created to make it convenient for the tenant and landlord to create an agreement that both are happy with. The creators of this website have been both landlords and tenants. We have lived with roommates, alone, in furnished apartments, unfurnished apartments, signed 5 month leases, one year leases, so basically we know what it’s like to be on the tenant side. Currently as small private landlords we also know some of the difficulties the landlord faces, such as cleaning, repairing, finding the right tenant, etc. etc. We hope to bring both tenant and landlord together to make sure both are happy.

We help the tenant find a living space that they can afford and are happy with for an amount of time that they are also happy with, as long as that amount of time is over 30 days. The tenant can sign an agreement to live somewhere for 30 days, 45 days, 3 months, 6 months, and yes even a year or more. It’s between you and the landlord. You can find furnished and unfurnished apartments.
How does Rentbymonths.com help the landlord? We help the landlord by making it easy to list your property, whether it’s a furnished room, unfurnished room, an apartment, a furnished house, or any other type of property that a person is able to live in. We also allow the landlord to agree with the tenant on the time frame of the lease, it can be 30 days up to a year.
